Last updated May 2026. These terms apply to the SpeedFlow Systems website and general service relationship unless a signed agreement says something different.
You can read, share, and link to this site. Don't copy the site, misuse the brand, probe the systems, or use the site in a way that interferes with normal access.
Project scope, deliverables, payment, timing, access, and support are handled in the proposal, statement of work, or written agreement for that project. If those project terms conflict with this page, the project terms control.
Many automation projects connect to third-party tools such as CRMs, calendars, email platforms, payment systems, dashboards, and API services. You are responsible for the accounts, permissions, data, and third-party terms that apply to those tools.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the relevant tools, timely feedback, and approval for the workflows you want implemented. Automation depends on the quality of the process it is built around.
SpeedFlow builds practical systems, but no website copy, automation, dashboard, outbound process, or workflow can guarantee revenue, leads, savings, rankings, deliverability, or business results.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, client-specific deliverables become yours after payment. SpeedFlow keeps ownership of pre-existing templates, methods, know-how, reusable code, and internal tools that were not created exclusively for your project.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpeedFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this site or services.
These terms may change as the site and services change. The version posted here is the version currently in effect.
